Built in 1923, the facility was originally used as an automobile dealership and then later as a china glass storage and distribution center—thus the name China Glass Warehouse. The building sat vacant for many years and was nearly demolished until Eola Land Company, Inc. purchased it in 1998 and the warehouse was divided into 20 units and sold as raw loft space for build out.
